The prices are list prices for the United States, before tax, read on each vendor’s page on the date shown. Prices change often, so each calculator shows when every price was checked and links to the page it came from.
Every other figure is yours. Where a field shows an example figure, change it to your own. No calculator fills in time saved: the payback tool explains why that figure is the weakest one in most business cases.
